Every year we build around 400 homes—from the efficient and clever Luma range, the flexible ‘forever-home’ Nest designs right through to our open and adventurous Eden acreage concepts.

12 Month Maintenance Period

The Hallmark Homes service continues beyond the handover of your keys. Our dedicated Warranty and Maintenance Department will assist you with any defect items during this 12-month period.
