When you build with Hallmark Homes, you’ll enjoy total peace of mind knowing that you are covered by the Builders Statutory Warranty
The Hallmark Homes service continues beyond the handover of your keys, with your 12-month defect liability period commencing on the date of practical completion. Our dedicated Warranty and Maintenance Department will assist you with any defect items you notice during this 12-month period.

No, due to copyright laws, we’re unable to construct other builders’ designs. However, as we have a large range of single-storey home designs unique to Hallmark Homes, we’re sure you’ll find the home design of your dreams among our extensive range!

No, Hallmark Homes is a leading project builder with an extensive selection of new home designs for you to choose from. Your Hallmark Homes’ sales consultants are happy to discuss possible changes to our house designs, while still complying with our current Product Policy. What’s more, we offer a range of façades for each house plan so that you can customise your new home to your personal preferences by choosing a colour scheme, and home products and inclusions. These include cabinetry finishes, tapware and splashbacks, appliances, bathroom vanity units, lighting, flooring and more.
Exclusive to Hallmark Homes’ clients, Select by Hallmark enables you to make your dream home a reality. Our expert Selection Centre Consultants will personally guide you through all the product choices, finishes and fixtures that are available with your new home.
We have specialist Colour Consultants who will personally guide you through this process. This takes place at our onsite Colour Selection Centre – ‘Select by Hallmark’ – which is located in Southport.
When you meet with your consultant, they will personally guide you to bring your dreams to life and answer any of your questions. Your Hallmark Homes Colour Consultant will ensure that everything you choose works together seamlessly, both inside and out.

Due to workplace health and safety regulations and the hazards associated with building a new home, it isn’t possible to visit the construction site unsupervised. However, if you need to visit the site, please contact your Supervisor to request a site visit at a mutually convenient time.
This is for your own personal safety and protection. We understand that your block is your property, however, for legal reasons, we’re obligated to control the construction site during the build process and control any hazards that may be present.
During the build process, a Hallmark Homes Building Supervisor will oversee all aspects of your new home construction. As soon as construction commences, you’ll be given your Supervisor’s mobile number so you can communicate with them directly.
We don’t assist with the knockdown of your existing home. However, we can build on your cleared block once the knockdown process is complete.
No, we don’t provide home extensions or renovation services. As a leading new home builder servicing Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Ipswich, we specialise in home designs and new-build homes, and also offer single-storey house and land packages.

We offer a variety of great value house and land packages across some of the most in-demand Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast suburbs. Some of these locations can be viewed in our House and Land section.

We build homes throughout South East Queensland – as far south as Coolangatta, as far north as Noosa, and as far west as the Lockyer Valley.

The Queensland First Home Owners’ Grant helps eligible first-time homebuyers by providing a $30,000 grant towards building your new Hallmark home*.
